Method:
Wash and dry kale
Tear into chip-sized pieces
Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet (I covered mine with foil)
Spray with Olive Oil (I have a mister)
Sprinkle with salt (sparingly- I used too much even though I was warned)
Bake at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes
Keep an eye on them! They burn easily!
They were surprisingly delicious.
